Here’s what we’ve found as we’ve traveled the local PDX web (complete with our comments) for September 13th
- Who’s been saying those bad things about me? Find out Tuesday noon | Jack Bog’s Blog – Moral of this story: Never anger an attorney with a large readership-especially when you're taunting him from behind a supposedly-anonymous curtain.
- Alaska Airlines cutting up to 1,000 jobs, slashing service | Portland Business Journal –
Citing higher fuel prices and a softening economy, Alaska Airlines said it will lay off up to 1,000 “operational” employees, including pilots, flight attendants, aircraft technicians and service agents.
The airline said it will also make substantial cuts in its schedule, reducing its capacity by 8 percent.
Did I totally miss coverage of this elsewhere???
- Taking Your Idea From Side Project to Startup | Fast Wonder Blog: Consulting, Online Communities, and Social Media – If you weren't at Side Project to Start Up, Dawn does a great job summarizing what you missed from some of the Saturday sessions (the 'Mistakes We Made Because We Were "Different"' session was phenomenal! I’ll have more about SP2SU after I’ve digested it a bit more…)
