My band is playing a benefit show this Saturday, March 28th to raise money for the Bus Project and the Oregon Food Bank. The Bus Project seeks to empower Oregon citizens to participate in our democracy and the Oregon Food Bank feeds the hungry. From their press release:
Musical guests: Cap Ducal, Bad Assets (9:00pm), and Les Estrangers.
Bicycle dance guest: Chain Reaction.
Prizes: fatty gift certificates for fancy clothes, spas, wine tastings, beer and more.
Where: The World Famous Kenton Club at 2025 N Kilpatrick
When: Saturday, March 28, 7pm – 12am. Come for all or part of the night.
Who: The good people of Oregon, aged 21 and up (sorry, lovable minors, the OLCC is pretty specific about this)
What to bring: $10 donation, or $5 donation + cans of food for the Food Bank
Help the Bus, the Food Bank and your social life. Be there.
