I'll agree that it's great to get as much from the garden as can be had, growing out some wheat will give us a better appreciation of what a loaf of bread is. It's pretty as well. No, this is not what you want in your victory garden. Too much work to grow and especially harvest wheat. Stick to the tomatoes, potatoes, peas, beans, cukes... that sort of thing. But wheat?
