Sidewalk Crackdown Downtown!

If you hear an odd tapping sound coming from the downtown area, that’s me doing my happy dance. You see, Portland Police instituted a sort of “zero-tolerance” policy on the street kids yesterday, which resulted in blessed, blessed quiet around Pioneer Courthouse for most of the day.
