Unfolding Scene in Inner SE

Right now there is an unfolding scene north of SE 1st & Stark. There is a body and an investigation going on. Not sure if it’s a crime scene, but the deceased appears to be a Hispanic or Native American male of middling stature. Viewed from the Olympic Mills Commerce Center.
